If you were a Heat Tape Installation professional who was already partnering with us, you should have received an email from us announcing the “Pro-centric” website launch. In that email we said: “You already Have an Account”. The following information explains the steps to access you account if you we unclear about this.
Radiant Solutions organized and migrated as many professional installers we could from our retail website and internal customer database to the new website, creating user accounts for each. In doing so, we needed to create usernames and passwords for all users.
Your user name is the email that we have on file for you.
Your password was auto-generated and will need to be reset by you to access your account.
How to Reset Your Password


The different log-in screens of ProRSC.com will include a link to reset your password. This link will take you to a screen that asks you to include your username or email (we have made them both the same) and when you submit, an email will be sent to you that contains a link to reset your password. This process is a standard security protocol for resetting your password. If you ever receive one of these emails when you have not specifically requested it, delete the email without acting on it.
If you don’t see the email or didn’t receive it for some reason, check your spam folder incase it was marked as spam by your email system.
Once Your receive the email, click the link and follow the instructions to change your password. We recommend strong passwords. The best thing to do is let your browser generate the strong password for you, and save it so you don’t have to remember it. This prevents bad password habits like creating overly simplified passwords that AI bots can eventually crack.
